My Dior Lipstick project encapsulates the essence of the brand’s timeless elegance and sophisticated allure. Each lipstick is meticulously crafted to reflect Dior’s high-profile aesthetic, merging luxurious textures with rich, vibrant hues that exude confidence and glamour. I focused on the Satin 999 Red lipstick, which is the one shade of red in the world that suits every skin tone, as well as focusing on the alternative finish, velvet in the Miztah colour. 

The concept for the project was to express how everyone who uses the same Dior lipstick has a unique, individual look once it is applied. To keep the photography aligned with the brand's pre-established high-profile excellence, most of the concept will be conveyed through straplines and descriptive text.

Just as Dior’s couture collections are celebrated for their exquisite attention to detail and opulence which is reflected in my minimalistic portraits. the styling is based on Gianfranco Ferré’s quote from 1995, “I wanted to respect the Dior style, with fitted silhouettes, large bows, a profusion of organza.”. As the styling is based on the 1990’s aesthetic the makeup and hair are also from the same period.
